NARUTO: Shadow Rising release date
Short answer: there isn't one yet. No serialization date, magazine or platform was announced at New York Comic Con — here is exactly what is official, and where the next answer is coming from.
Naruto Jump Super Stage, Jump Festa 2027 — Dec 19–20, 2026, Makuhari Messe, Chiba. Serialization details — format, launch date, magazine or platform, story placement — are scheduled to be revealed here. An announcement at the stage has not been confirmed to mean a launch at the event.

The wider window: Project Rasengan (2027–2029)
Shadow Rising is the centerpiece of Project Rasengan, a multi-year franchise push spanning 2027–2029. The surrounding slate gives the strongest hint of timing so far: the NARUTO × NINKŪ crossover anime arrives first, the worldwide Naruto Card Game launches in June 2027, and the Lionsgate live-action film is still in development. The manga's own launch window should slot inside that frame — but until Jump Festa 2027, any specific month is speculation.
